Holding Village Subdivision
Holding Village is a community of custom homes in Wake Forest on land that was once a dairy farm. The community of single family homes opened the initial phase in early 2016 with an initial release of 124 lots. This phase of the community is expected to include a number of small parks, multi purpose ball field and community pool and play area overlooking the lake. Subsequent phases will have walking trails throughout the neighborhood.
About The Homes and Builders
There are three nationally recognized builders in their first phase of Holding Village, Ashton Woods, John Weiland Homes and Neighborhoods, and Drees Homes. Each builder has a selection of single family home plans with many different options for todays families. There are 3, 4 and 5 bedroom floor plans ranging in size from around 2000 square feet to over 4000 square feet.
Choose from a ready move in home or have the builder team design the home of your dreams. The homes for sale in Holding Village contain lots of great features using the latest trends and materials available. You’ll see homes with sliding barn doors, arched hallways, double porches and rear loading garages. The exterior of the homes have a variety of finishes mostly fibre cement with stone and brick accents or shake and board and batten.
Inside these homes you will find every feature you could want from open floor plan kitchens with huge granite topped islands. Gas ranges and double ovens, tons of cabinets in modern colors. Hardwood floors, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances are available. These homes may have a separate formal dining room, a guest bedroom on the main level and some homes have the master bedroom on the first floor.

The Town of Wake Forest
Wake Forest is a growing town in North Carolina just north of the state capital Raleigh. The town has almost 40,000 residents mostly in Wake County with some parts of the town in Franklin County. Located in the Triangle region of North Carolina, it is one of the fastest growing towns in the region. The town is about thirty to forty minutes from Raleigh, Research Triangle Park, Durham and Raleigh Durham International Airport.
It is home to one of the largest developments in the area, Heritage which is a planned development community of homes, retail, restaurants, small business, golf course and pools. There is a historic downtown district of Wake Forest with shops and restaurants, the White Street Brewing Company. Lots of historic old homes on tree lined streets.
